I was satisfied with the level of professionalism i got from the salesperson. She was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. her name is Alyssa. She cleaned my sisters bracelet and made it like new. It was extremely hot the day we went into the store and we were offered water by all of the sales associates.

Laila M was very helpful. I had an item that was too small and Laila was able to recommend other options that I was very pleased with. I will look for this associate the next time I visit the location

Mary assisted me by showing me all the charms for my daughter in-law & granddaughter. She also helped me with a bracelet & fastener. They both loved their gift.

I came in with items to purchase in mind. They were available and I was able to purchase, with the help of Kylie helping me with applying "apple pay"! I was extremely pleased that she was able to assist me in a matter that had absolutely nothing to do with Pandora. She was patient and helpful beyond her job description.
