The sale associate that helped me out today was super caring and polite. She helped us out and made the sale go nice and smoothly. She was extremely nice since the minute we walked into the store and she made us feel welcomed and understood. Definitely an amazing sale associate!

during my visit I was greeted by a amazing staff. Customer service was top notch and I had a wonderful sales rep (Ashlei) how made my experience wonderful I highly recommend coming back to this location where the atmosphere is nice and the staff is very friendly , I encourage everyone at store 99 (456 oakbrook center) to keep up the amazing job. hint. hint. everyone deserves a raise lol..

The sales reps welcomed me as I entered the store and assured someone would be right with me. A variety of options and suggestions were presented to me until we reached my liking of the items for my bracelet.
