Had majority of the charms I wanted. Didn't have to wait long for service. Associate did not rush me to make decisions on what I wanted to purchase.

I was impressed by the customer service. I was impressed with the selections of jewelry. Everyone was professional.

Our salesperson, Laila, was the reason everything was wonderful. She knew about the products and went out of her way to help my friend and I. She did a fantastic job of rearranging my bracelet and putting on my new charms. She also went out of her way for my friend as well, showing her all she wanted to see and making helpful suggestions. Not to mention all the time on the phone with the credit people. Excellent customer service! And that’s saying something these days.
