The sales person Ariana was extremely helpful and very customer focused. She was very attentive and answered all my questions. She is a great salesperson

First, we were waited on as soon as we walked into the store. Second, the sales associate informed us of the 50% off items. Third. The associate was very knowledgeable about the items and when they have their sales. This was the customer question.

I visited the store the Monday after Christmas and anticipated that there could be a much longer wait associated with holiday gift returns and exchanges. To my surprise (and great delight considering I was working with limited time). The wait was relatively short and since I knew the exact item that I was purchasing, I was able to work quickly with the customer service agent. The feedback that she offered was extremely helpful and allowed me to be efficient with my purchase. The item was a birthday gift which my friend absolutely loved.
