I had purchased a ring for my wife and it did not fit when I returned they were so helpful and kind and understanding and was able to help me. It was exchanged no questions asked. On top that I had another ring which was damaged and I wanted to have repaired they understood my situation and was able to replace my damaged ring at no cost how amazing and wonderful of them.

I received 15 charms for my birthday and I got 2 duplicates so I went in the store to exchange them for something else. the staff was so amazing. Made me feel very welcome and I enjoyed my shopping experience.
