My sales associate Alissa was great, friendly and very patient. She explained different things to me and she also fixed my bracelet the correct way.

Our salesperson Andrea was friendly, helpful and patient as I decided which charms to get for my bracelet. It was my 34th wedding anniversary present and she was so nice to us.

Walked in waited 5 mins before being helped picked out two charms and left all less than 10 mins
