Jessica was my salesperson and she was absolutely amazing. Friendly and professional and patient with me and my indecisiveness. Jessica was knowledgeable and knew how to put pieces together to wow me and encourage me to purchase. I was thoroughly impressed with her service and professionalism.

The young lady that greeted me on the outside was very accommodating. She wanted to make sure that I knew exactly what was available. She brought a copy of the website so things could move faster. When I got in the store my sales lady was very kind and knew her job directed me to what she thought would look nice for a gift. She helped me select some nice charms and I was in and out. Both of those young ladies should be given a letter of gratitude for being the face of Pandora that were caring and concern. This is why I was pleased with my service.

Asked if I needed anything else and I looked further and selected a few more pieces. She offered the Pandora credit as a value to a frequent buyer like me without pressure showing the value. I concurred. The experience was very pleasurable I would ask for her on my next visit!
