I was greeted by Karina S who was friendly and professional. She was knowledgeable about the products and recommendations. She also provided a cleaning for my bracelet without having to ask her.

My sales associate was very attentive and helped me return a bracelet that was too small and get the appropriate size. She showed me some beautiful charms that I haven't seen on line. I walked out with 3 additions to my bracelet!

In returning the merchandise was very satisfactory and the sale representative was friendly and knowledgeable. My experience is best coming into the store it's easy to find items better.
