I usually visit a different location that is typically always busy and so it can be frustrating and the staff don’t always seem to be very interested in making sure the customer service is it’s best. When I visited Nalleli helped me and she was very patient as I had no idea what I wanted. She was very kind and seemed to genuinely care about me being in store at the moment. I am so appreciative of the lengths that she went to to help and make sure that all my questions were answered. She is definitely more than just a sales consultant!

I went to the Pandora store in Oak Brook, Illinois and my sales associate Felix was amazing. He was patient while I decided what i wanted, he showed me different rings I might have liked. I went in the store only looking to replace 1 and I left out with 4 new rings.

The store was very clean and not crowded. The customer service agent was very helpful and extremely friendly!
