The associate Tracy was very helpful offered to clean my mom and my bracelet when I was only purchased charms for my moms bracelet. I brought my mom in with a wheel chair and Tracy came around put bracelet on my moms wrist and she even held the door open as we left as I pushed the wheel chair.

The representative was very nice and patient a knowledgeable of everything.

My first visit, i walked in and was greeted. The staff was friendly. I was looking for specific ring and they were extremely helpful. They didn't have my size and the manger or assistant manger Mary took my info. and call me when the ring came. Her and the staff all kept an eye out for it. They all worked together to make a sale and keep the customer happy and informed.

I came in to see If the size of my bracelet was fine. Ashlei M. Quickly greeted my daughter and I. She explained to me that it was the correct size and educated me that the bracelet over time as I add more charms will get a little bigger. If I went a size up it would eventually fall off my wrist. After we left my Boyfriend told me to go pick something out for our anniversary. So my daughter and I turned back around and went back in where again Ashlei M. Quickly greeted us. She spent a good amount of time with me and told me about the clips to stop the charms from moving and or falling off when I take my bracelet off. I needed up buying two and am absolutely pleased!

My questions were answered accurately. I received friendly service.
