The associate who was working with us, Raquel (#199399) was incredibly warm and helpful. We needed to exchange a bracelet for a smaller size and she was crucial in creating a smooth process!

The salesperson was very nice. She understood what I wanted and what I was looking for. She took the time in explaining the care of my purchase.

I was in bit of a rush and thankfully already had in mind what i wanted to purchase.I also appreciated the safety protocol they took during this unfortunate time.I waited outside for about 5 min until it was OK for me to walk in and waited to the side of the store while someone was ready to assist me. I was direct with my choice and the lovely young lady brought me exactly what I needed and proceeded to charge me my total. In and out as I wanted.

Found what I was looking for and on top of that associate was patient listened and helped a lot. Oh and cleaned everything that was touched in front of me. Loved Tessa

The person that helped me, Alejandra, was super helpful and nice. Knew a lot about the jewelry so it made it easier for her to understand what I was looking for. Also she used a lot of her own jewelry to give me examples and it really helped. It wasn’t the fastest getting in but the help was very much appreciated.
