Giovanna C took care of three of us, because we were together, and was very pleasant, patient and professional with us. I was not planning to purchase yet she made the decision one that was easy to do. She asked leading questions and that made the sale seem more like a pleasant way to spend my money not like let me get this commission (not sure if she gets one) yet we were actual happy giving her our money. We will be returning because not only was she pleasant the others were as well speaking and helping her if she had a question.

The CUSTOMER SERVICE of EVERY rep was excellent. The knowledge of the product, patience, suggestions and assistance of my rep was everything and then some. I look forward to shopping there again in the near future with Naledi👌👏.BTW this was my first PANDORA purchase. My daughter just lost her bracelet 😭😭as I was doing this survey, which now means I'll be back sooner than I thought.

I needed a gift for my mother for Christmas and I didn't know what to get her but then as soon as I walked in they helped me pick out the best present for my mother. I could not have been happier with the service!
