I asked customer service rep if he could clean my jewelry and was told on the weekends they usually done clean jewelry, but he made an exception and cleaned jewelry. This is great customer service when a rep will go above to make sure their customers are well taken care of.

Was allowed to exchange a bracelet ordered online for one I couldn't find online. Also when asked by Joshua if he could help me with anything else I asked if he had the astronaut because it was sold out online he had it in the store and immediately went to get it. Great customer service all the way around

Assistant manager Josh was very polite and assisted my boyfriend and I as soon as he could. Overall, very friendly visit and very quick service.
