I was in the neighborhood for something else and decided to visit the store only to look at (windowshop for) an item I had seen online. I thought that I would need to size my finger to place the order for a ring that I had seen online. Upon arrival, there was no line and the customer that was being helped was almost done with their purchase; my wait time was less than 2 minutes. After sizing my finger, I told the sales representative which ring I had seen. Not only was it is stock, it was my size. Lucky for me, my windowshopping turned into a purchase!
