Although purchasing my bracelet and charm were easy and quick, the sales associate that assisted me didn’t seem very “all there.” He seemed like he was rushing me through the process. He didn’t even allow me to view the bracelet I was purchasing to make sure it was the correct fit and length which is why I will have to return it and buy the correct length.

The rep was knowledgeable and went right to merchandise that needed to be exchange , very fast exchange and friendly customer service ...

The bracelet ended up being too tight around my wrist bone causing a little aggravation. Then the charm after only having it listed for 14 days it broke off. My first experience here at Pandora but it still wasn’t so bad. I was satisfied overall with everything.

No available merchandise No sale in store only online

The store was crowded (and small) so I waited longer than expected for service. Several people on the list ahead me had left...probably bbecause the wait time. Once my turn came the service I received was good.

It took some time to find a particular necklace, it was an ok experience. Ive had better customer service, but I really enjoy coming to the Lenox location. I think this was just a one off. Maybe because of the holiday

I was looking for "mom" charms that were available online. The sales associates told me that they ran out of those charms. Although I was disappointed about missing charms, I was satisfied at how the sales associate acknowledged my disappointed and offered heart-shaped/family-themed charms instead.
