The sales associate took advantage of the fact that it was my first time, used terms like starting at $35 while putting a $75 charm on my bracelet. So my first visit was $500

That is because the sales associate is not that kind, but she was just okay. Also, the bracelet is a bit expensive even it is thinner than the original. There were not a big price diffrence btw two.

I like the design and pandora has good quality. The brand name is well-known.

It was a gift

Love the merchandise, but we were frustrated because it appeared only the manager could handle purchases. There were several Pandora employees who appeared to not be allowed to help customers. Add this to the wait of getting in the store. My wait at the Perimeter Mall location was well over an hour with customers lined up outside the store.

Be more familiar with the size of access which customers need, and be more efficient.
