I tried a couple of locations, and they didn't have in stock the Pandora signature clear necklace.

I was not highly satisfied because when we first arrived to store one associate stated that the merchandise we had on hold may be sold out. That was very upsetting to us especially because we had spoken to Jamarcia on the phone. But once she, Jamarcia came up front to us she was great!!!

I came to the store to buy some charms for my friend. She selected her favorites and marked down the numbers of the items. I supposed I could use this numbers to buy things fast. But I was wrong. The system in the store only can search by names and the stuff can only recognize pictures. So I spend a lot of time on finding things I need. Finally I use the numbers to search on website of pandora and got the pictures. Anyway, I like the products very much and the promotion was good this time. And the stuff was patience to me.

The location is very small and somewhat crowded. It was indeed a Saturday and weekend shoppers was in full effect.

Lack of expediency in service. Associates not necessarily warm and engaging. Lack of inventory which I know they can’t control; however, when referencing a specific item in the website and acknowledging the sale price, the price was regular at checkout. Disappointed.

I purchased a necklace in store. After the purchase, I asked the associate if the necklace was new or had been tried on before. I asked the associate to clean the necklace before boxing it. Instead of cleaning it, she asked me if I wanted to purchase a kit to clean it myself.

Compared to the Pop-In store inside of Macy's I visited and made a purchase the employees were more friendly, made helpful suggestions and made Me feel great about coming back. The store at this location reps were nonchalant and slightly rude and not helpful in decision making almost changed My mind about purchase.

The associate should have explained the social distance policy before entering the store. I ordered online and my order was cancelled stating the charms were sold out; the charms were in fact in stock.

The assistants had no knowledge as to what and if all pandora products were silver I actually after asking to see the manager correct her that the 2021 Christmas ornament was not silver noting that pandora charms have the 925 silver hallmark I mean clueless In the future I do believe the company should require their sales staff to know the basics of the Pandora product
