The sales associate was not friendly and presented with a demeanor that implied she was doing me a favor by assisting me. Failed to make engaging conversation and responses were one worded.

The girl who is at the entrance, saying who’s allowed to go in was very rude. I understand we have to wait due to covid, but there was no one in line I got there before anyone then a guy came and she was trying to send me behind the guy.

Small store very loud. Associates seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Didn’t look like a friendly environment. Wouldn’t have gone in if I didn’t need something for my bracelet

It was my first time there and I was getting my mom a bracelet. I was supposed to get a free bracelet but they didn’t have the size I needed we asked the manager how can I get the bracelet. She said regift it I can’t do nothing about it I asked could they call another store they said no but they did look it up.. I didn’t feel like a valuable customer

She just didn't have a very nice attitude, almost like she wanted to get the job done and have the day be over. The other associate was definitely a lot more enthusiastic but we didn't get her.

Customer service is key! The salesperson wasn’t friendly or welcoming. I felt rushed !

I feel as though the sales representative should've been more energetic. The whole time she was helping us, she just looked really bored. I recommend that you teach your employees how to be perky because it kind of came off as rude.

Sales Person Victoria S. No. 198944 was rude, rushed my purhcase, did not have booklets of charms, did not have an established charm tray(s) to display. I asked to look at two tone charms (she could not find any). I then asked to see silver charms (she said there aren't any she can show me in the store; rather she opened a book -- i could've looked online and made my purchase there -- I wanted to SEE THE CHARM IN PERSON. Victoria did not let me "tell my story" to find the charms I wanted to buy. little did she know I had $700 to spend on creating a new bracelet but I did not feel comfortable working with her. I did not feel valued. So i left.
