The sales associate wasn't as helpful and motivated as I would like during my first pandora experience.

Although the staff was pleasant and helpful, the 30 minute wait to even enter the store was quite annoying. I am understanding due to the fact it is a small store, and there were only a few employees in the store. Still, the wait was quite ridiculous.

The Customer Service wasn't welcoming at all I normal go to Cumberland Mall in Atlanta I should have went to that location I get better service the Lenox location Dist.Mgr. needs a new crew of people there not professional..

All Pandora stores in my opinion have the driest employees. They always seem to be "just there" because it is their job. They never smile and don not seem to market the products well whenever you have questions.

The sale associate was very snob at first and was rolling his eyes when I ask a question!

I would buy a bracelet with 45% off promotion. When doing checking out, she did not do with the promotion while I totally believe in her and did not check the receipt again. I just knew that until coming home, then I had to come back to talk about this issue. They fixed eventually.

Not the friendliest staff member was assisting me. Felt like I was being rushed to get in and get out instead of having the ability to browse at the merchandise.

Very slow service.

The store in Lenox mall (Atlanta) is way too small. There was a line to get into the store and when you get in there you barely have enough room to move around.

Jewelers were very rude. Walked in and waited over 30 minutes with 0 eye contact or communication that I will be helped soon. Unhelpful sales staff every time I go to pandora unfortunately, great merchandise though!
