The sales associate that assisted me had a very unpleasant attitude. I knew what charm I wanted to purchase and said "Oh really" to the associate working next to her and they both smiled. I could have gotten nasty but didn't want my energy on their unprofessionalism. The line was very long, and I did not understand why people who purchased things online had to stand in the same line with people who did not make an online purchase,

The sales associate seemed as if she was rushing me, or wasn’t in the mood. She just stood there in the mean time, didn’t really offer any help just said “the choice is yours” I decided on something and left. On top of that it was my birthday I gave her my phone with email on the screen to scan my 10% off bar code and I still didn’t get it, overall her and the visit was horrible.

Purchased bracelet July 2021 which recently broke and was advised by sales rep t that Pandora cannot repair nor replace.

I went in to buy a birthday gift for a 11 year old. When I decided to switch the charms that I was purchasing the sales associate acted very aggravated and began slamming the drawers and the products, I was going to leave and just go to another store but I’m 6 months pregnant and driving just wasn’t in my schedule on a Saturday.

The sales associate was unfriendly & impatient. Responses were short & abrupt. I was not thanked for my purchase nor welcomed to return.

The sales associates in this store were extremely dry all of them. It felt like they did not want to be bothered at all. No one greets you when you walk in (not even the associate that isn’t working with a customer) they really make you feel like you shouldn’t be in the store buying anything. Two customers passed by and decided not to come in and I do believe that’s because of how they were greeted and told to step out. I understand their are rules in place but how you say something really means alot to people. I will return to pandora however, the one at Lennox Is out for me.

When we walking in the store it was one young lady standing with her back turned to us the and the other lady was helping a guess.. so the lady with her back turned we ask can she help us she came but it seem like we was a bother to her she was not friendly at all

The sales associate was my main issue. I remember when shopping for Pandora was a personalized experience. I purchased 4 charms, 2 clips and a cleaning kit and the associate was visibly irritated when I began to rearranhe the new items in the tray. I was not trying to linger irresponsibly. Just add the charms to my bracelet at the actual time of purchase and she was literally trying to rush me out the door. Unprofessional. Definitely diminshed the value of my purchase instead of making me want to return.

The bracelet and charm set is gorgeous, perfect quality shines and just I love it. The store clerk… was less than helpful. She really made it fell as though I was wasting her time (we spent nearly $500 this visit…) They refused to exchange my bracelet claiming policy states it must not be worn.. (it is one week old and is just a bit too small) So I bought a new bracelet instead and kept my too small one since I couldn’t exchange it. Fine. Then she charged me for a two time bracelet when mine was not two tone…. I asked if the bracelet was two tone and the clerk confirmed it is not, when I stated I was charged for two tone she had no response… so we Hines just left… it was horrible service. No complaints on the actual product… but the staff needs to be a little more helpful this was my first experience in a pandora store, lucky I had a friend with me that has been shopping pandora for 20+ years… otherwise based on the visit alone… I’d find somewhere else to shop. In case you need to know the location… this was at Lenox mall.
