I came to purchase an item for my bracelet. The sales associates that helped me was nice. However the store manager was not welcoming. She literally told my husband and I we had to stand in one place in the store. When we only moved less than 5 feet from where we were originally standing to make a purchase. ( which was right in the entrance of the store)There were only two couples in the store and we were on opposite sides of the store. I understand the climate we are in now but, she totally handled the situation wrong. I will not visit this location again.

The sales representative was was not friendly or personable and made the least amount of effort possible to assist us. For example, she barely made conversation with us but interrupted our transaction to speak to a coworker about a personal matter. One of the sales associates were a little rude when I was looking and for a charm. She told me to go back with my party, which I was with my party and I was socially distancing from other customers. There wasn't any where else to go in the store while being able to socially distant. I want to buy some items while my jewelry was being cleaned, but she didn't allow me to look. Additionally, my pandora bracelet wouldn't clasp.... I barely worn it since I view it as a keep sake. No one was able to figure it why or able to fix it, so I had no choice but to throw the bracelet away and buy a new one since it had been over a year. I thought the warranty policy should be better than that. I take good care of my jewelry, and feel like the bracelet I had was faulty or poorly made. On top of my visit and experience, I was told I couldn't leave the store and come back while my jewelry was being cleaned... yet I couldn't look around and was required to "socially distant". It just didn't make any sense.

The sales associate was great. It is the policy of Pandora that I do not agree with. My husband purchased a bracelet as a gift the Christmas before the pandemic. The bracelet is too small and I have just now felt comfortable in coming out to the store to try and get an exchange. The sales associate told me that after 30 days she could not give me an exchange and that I would be either stuck with the too-small bracelet or purchase a new one. Please let me note that the mall where this store is located has also had several shootings recently. I would also expect that given the international crisis that we are in a little more could have been done. (a discount, a coupon towards another purchase something. I ended up purchasing another bracelet in a larger size so that I can wear my bracelet. However, I may never return to Pandodra to get more charms due to my experience.

I came in store to take advantage of a promotion. I was misinformed by the sales associate of what was being offered on the promotion.

I needed my bracelet replaced that I purchased in May. The associate made me wait 20 min before assisting me. She acted as if I intentionally damaged my bracelet. I felt embarrassed. I also wanted to purchase another charm and she acted as if she didn't hear me or didn't have time to help me. I do not like scenes so I simply got my bracelet replaced and left.

My pandora card was due.i paid itandqastold I had to wait 48hrs before I could use it for purchase.had to spend 163$ because the mother day special would have been over.by the time I could use the card.very dissapointed

The sales person was rushing up to make a decision. Waiting in line for over an hour and only received 20 minutes of her time was unacceptable.
