It was ok but the sales associate had a little nasty attitude and I was nice to her so maybe she was upset before

The line was so long. I was the next customer in line. I waited a extra 15 minutes after 4 people came out of the store. I understand the Covid policy but three of the workers left the store. While it was a long line. My husband ask what’s going on. No one answered so he ask to speak to someone. She said we don’t have to serve you at all but still took the money. Very unprofessional. I rather spend thousands with Jared then to look pandora way again!

Told to leave out and wait and literally was asked 3 seconds later to walk in then was not greeted properly. Wasn’t goin to spend anything but my girl insisted since we drove all the way to the mall and not much to choose from and was misled on everything we talked about up until it was time to purchase!!!

Rude sales person.

I was kinda forced to buy certain things. Everything was rushed and was told since I got the discount she was going to run my card up. I felt very disappointed and disrespected.

I purchased a rope charm bracelet over ago, the bracket fell off. The leather rope came apart from the clasp. I wanted a replacement because I still had my receipt. However I did not get a replacement or a repair.

Sales rep put charms on bracelet but did not secure it properly ie clasp was not closed so charm had fell off probably before exiting the mall because looked down and charm was gone. So charm was bought and lost wasting additional $ because I bought more than returnee.

The wait time is past ridiculous. I never waited almost forty minutes to pay for an item. Then everything I wanted was out of stock.. I will not be returning

Doesn't have a lot to choose from and long lines due to how many capacity limit
