Pandora Jewelry

It was a couple of days before mother's day and they had nothing in there for the occasion. So it like i just had to settle for something for my mom she loves those gifts.

Sales person seemed to be in a rush, had an attitude, no response from her when I thanked her, no inventory and she didn't even want to wipe off my bracelet and charm I purchased

The store was crowded and the associates were unprofessional as compared to other Pandora stores I’ve visited

The Associates Ahyana need to treat all customers the same I was basically rushed just so she can take care of a guy customer, it’s wasn’t a good experience

The store was overwhelming. Too small, too many people and the customer service was poor. This was my first and last purchase. I will order online from now on.

The heart earrings that were advertised weren’t the ones I got with a 125 dollar purchase the ones I have are ugly and cheap looking

I used to frequent this pandora and receive the most amazing customer service this time the sales associate didn’t hit the mark but she wasn’t rude like the manager was

The sales associates were very rude. The manager seemed to be in a bad mood due to the sale Pandora was having and he showed frustration towards the customers. When I finally got someone to help me, she seemed like she was rushing me and did not want to help me pick the charms that were on sale.

THE SALESPERSON WAS A LITTLE HURRY. THE SALESPERSON CHARGED A CHARM IN MY INVOICE AND DO NOT GIVE IT TO ME

Had no issues with my purchase. We were there on Saturday purchased ring and necklace. The associate who was super nice explained that you offered jewelry cleaning on all Pandora jewelry to please stop back by for a free cleaning. She did NOT tell us that this service was not being offered the following day. Went back to the store for this purpose only to then be told oh we aren't doing that today or Monday!!!!
