Pandora Jewelry

There wasn't enough staff and not enough merchandise in stock, there was a suppose to be a free jewelry box with purchase but NOT!

I waited in line outside of the store for about 1 hour and it was only 8 people in front of me. And once I entered the store and I told the sales person what I was looking for, it took another 15 minutes for them to find the item.

I was charged tax for an item at the Kennesaw store and they didn't have the item I wanted to exchange. I went to the Atlanta store and they charged me tax AGAIN on the exchanged item and when I asked why, they said it was Pandora's policy. Tax is governed by the state not by any store.

Good evening Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at the store. During the actual checkout, it took over 20 minutes to just make the payment. The person that attended to me never apologized for the extremely long wait time. Never offeree a discount for making my family wait so long. Although I love the products this experience does not inspire me to return or recommend my friends or family to Pandora. Regards, Lisiane

Unfortunately, the charm I was sold does not fit on my bracelet. It was not put on in the store. It was put in the box and when I got home, it wouldn't fit. I will need to return it. The salesperson was very nice and helpful and cleaned my bracelet for me, but I wish he knew that this was not the right charm for my bracelet.

Returned product. Representative didn’t complete the transaction, correctly. She was not friendly and unapologetic for her mistake. Had I not paid attention to the receipt, I would have not received a refund.

Made a purchase the size was too small and I wanted to exchange for a bigger size. Purchase two of the same charms and wanted to exchange one but was unable to do so

I have to force the sales person to show me what I was looking for. No effort at all or any will to do her job . I was looking to buy few items and I just left the store very disappointed with her nasty behavior.

I received a bracelet as a gift. It keeps unlatching and I have lost some of my charms. I go to pandora to get a replacement and they said that they couldn’t replace it because it’s not in system. It was a gift. I’m confused.

Sales associate very unprofessional, and very unpleasant.. she needs retraining, I will NEVER return to this store again...
