1. Ver unclear on how to do the pickup. 2. The wait for the pick up was ridiculously long. 3. The engraving machine wasn’t working properly so I have to return to the store today to pick up my order after waiting forever last night. I waited so long the mall closed and I had to walk around the mall in a dark parking lot by myself back to my vehicle. Very dangerous anything could have happened.

The sales rep- Luz C. Was very rude and dismissive. She told me that the ring I wanted was not in store in my size, then proceeded to force me to buy the more expensive option. When I went to return the ring and saw a different sales rep working two hours later- she pulled all of the rings I wanted to purchase out. This means Luz lied to me while giving attitude and refusing to be helpful. It was disheartening.

The sales associate was not helpful, and lied when I asked if they had the ring I wanted in my size. When I went to return the ring, I found out from a nicer sales associate that they in fact did have the ring in my size.

I wanted to buy a birthday charm for my wife on her birthday that was in the sales section. After the sales person rung up the price, she told me she could not give me the sales price even tho the charm was in the sales section. Then proceed to take the charm and another one just like it, out of the sales section and would not sale it to me.

First off the store is too small to be a popular store, Second, how can you promote a travel bracelet, but you have to order the charm online?? Third, when you are shown a charm and it feels fake like plastic and not solid and the rep trying to ask you if all your charms are pandora’s that’s one reason you don’t know your product so NO!! You can’t sell me anything!! My family is a huge support for Pandora but after this experience we will all be having a serious talk about how the brand is looking.

My daughter purchased a charm she didn’t leave the store. She bought 3 charms and she only left with two one on her bracelet and one in the bag. I’m very devastated about her experience in your store

I was satisfied with my purchase I love everything about the jewelry that I selected but for some odd reason I didn’t receive my earrings mind you my boyfriend spent 495 in the store. I went back to the store to speak to someone the sales assistant said she put them in the box with my necklace and ring but they were not in my box. I guess the manager showed me a video on her phone of her putting the earrings in my bag but they wasn’t in my bag and I didn’t take them out I guess they disappeared!! They couldn’t have fell out of the box because the boxes were closed.. I just don’t know what happened to them…

My cousin gifted me my first ever Pandora purchase and my shopping experience was the worst. The sales associates was overly pushy with an undertone of aggression. They (2 sales associate) were not at all pleasant.
