I drove 10 hours to this particular pandora all for them to tell me I couldn’t use my Afterpay discount. Their machine kept declining my Afterpay and she only offered a 10% off when the deal was $15 off $75 or more. Also the ring was one that everyone was trying on so the quality of it was dull and not new at all. She was rushing me because they had a long line outside. I either want a refund or for someone to give me a brand new ring that no one has tried on at all in store which is unsanitary and I would like to use my $15 off along with my Afterpay. I only purchased it because it’s a gift to a friend for Christmas and I need it before the 25th but the service at Lenox Mall in Atlanta, GA is terrible!!! I waited in that line for an hour after driving 10 hours from out of town. All for them to give me a dull looking ring.

I visited the store in Lennox Square at Atlanta, GA and the worker, Daryana, was very rude from the beginning. The first thing she asked me was, "Are you looking for silver or rose gold? Probably silver." I didn't even answer but she just immediately assumed that I would get silver. Maybe because I'm Asian and seemed young? I was planning to buy at least three rings but just left the store because she gave me an attitude throughout the whole service. Very rude and seemed like she didn't want to work at all. My anxiety and self esteem got worse because of her. I talked to another worker at the Pandora Me store and she told me that that was not the first time this kind of incident happened. Why would a worker just immediately assume what the customer would get and get annoyed by it when the customer didn't even say or do anything? I still can't believe this kind of hate actually happens. I was so upset and even my friends who were with me were shocked. The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a store.

The sales associate was very rude. She tried yo give us the rings without the box or the bag. Like where was I supposed to store my new jewelry. When i asked for the box she said” Do you want a box?” Very smuggly and rude asf. As a first time visitor at this location the experience was very terrible.

Sales associate was not friendly. Quoted is wrong price and caught an attitude because we did not want it. Did not take much time to help me find a charm that my daughter wanted to purchase for me for my birthday.

Poor customer service, you have 6 employees working. Five of them laughing and talk amongst themselves. You one customer in the store and as we walked in two people, one of your associates Yelled walk back out and stand behind the line and wait till we call you. I guess she wasn't aware of the only employee that was there to work had already called us. There's no need to be rude, Pandora bracelets and charms are not cheap to be providing bad customer service.

I went into the store to purchase new charms to complete my memory bracelet of my mom and som who no longer here, I have 23 charms in the bracelet and asked to have it and a travel bracelet cleaned which has 9 charms on it, the sales associate dropped the whole bracelet in the liquid and gave back to me, I had to get napkins to dry my charms and bracelet, ended up buying the cleaning set to have to avoid these problems. Any Pandora store I go into, they always cleans my bracelet as a courtesy. I can tell she didn’t want to be involved cleaning my bracelet. Then I asked her why was it still wet and not cleaned, she said but the kit real snappy. Never going back here again.

I was not allowed to walk around the store to see the merchandise in the show cases I also had to ask the salesperson to bring the merchandise to me since I wasn’t allowed to walk around the store and the associate seemed reluctant

I went to exchange my tight bracelet and I was told I have to purchase another ..1st one was to tight and when I purchase it she told me that it was going to stretch and give but it did not so that's why I came back into the store to get a one size up but they made me repurchase one all over again I thought that the braces was guaranteed for a lifetime.

I'm from Chicago and I am visiting the ATL. My sister and I have been with Pandora for a very long time, and have never experienced rudeness until yesterday. The sales rep had a nasty attitude and a lack of knowledge. We had a terrible experience due to the sales rep's attitude. She needs to be retraining on how to give good customer service.
