The service was trash I understand the covid 19 procedures but the lack of knowledge interest and horrible customer service was less than desire Lenox Mall location is ran like swap meet it’s just not the level or service we get from pandora normally it was very disappointing

I was very unsatisfied my husband took me to replace my bracelet that I lost at the airport our mall run was special until we made it to Pandora the young lady their was very unprofessional and rushing my husband wanted to get me more charms that he saw ion the display and we were explaining to her the image of the charms instead of walking over she just asked are we sure then took a very loud ugh and finally came around. At that point I told him let’s go but he really wanted to replace what I had lost.

Had to wait very long in line to get in to find what I wanted was out of stock. So much of my time was just wasted. Maybe the representative can check with waiting customers on what they are looking for to make sure it’s in store stocks....

I reached home and the merchandise was missing from the bags. The sales associate lied about the charm being able to fit the bracelet.

As a out of town guest this was definitely a horrible visit. I waited a awfully long time to be serviced not because they were short staff because it was 8 sales reps and 3 customers I was the 2nd customer. Sales rep were just stocking and putting out Pandora books . The absolute worst experience for an out of town guest . I will never buy from them again and wouldn’t recommend any one to go to that particular store ever .

I have logged a complaint with your corporate customer service online. The salesperson did not include my other charm in my purchase. I am very angry at finding that the item was not included when I checked once I got home. The store is not answering & I want to know if you can check surveillance if you have it to see what happened.

This was my first time making a pandora purchase and with the reputation that pandora have I would have expected my experience to be a lot different. The store wasn't crowded it was shorty after the store had opened. When I arrived in the store there were 2 customers already there. I was greated by 1 sale associated, she asked if the 2 of us was together. I said no she was here first. Another sale associated came out from the back. She proceeded to help me. I was interested in the moment charm bracelet. As she was helping me she proceeded to help another customer as well. I felt that me nor my purchase was important or valued. She demonstrated very poor customer service so much so I really started to leave the store and take my business somewhere else.

This pandora store is alway low in stock! They are always out of mostly all items!
