stood in line for 20 minutes just to enter the store. maximum number of shoppers in the store was 6 people. No ability to look at merchandise, even behind glass, without having an allocated store attendee who can accompany the guest. Then pressured to make a purchase because other people are standing in line outside the store waiting for you to leave so the next person can enter the store. Completely inefficient! I will never return to your store again and will start to steer my wife away from Pandora for this exact reason if this is the new format for your stores. Sorry, but you're not Apple on the day of a new iphone release.

I had to wait on a line outside the store, which was ok but didn’t have the chance to see the merchandise on the windows I side the store that is nice because you can see what is new or get ideas. The sales associate was not nice at all, i bought the bracelet anyway because it was what I wanted to buy and didn’t want to go to another mall in such a busy day, but I was tempted not to buy because of the sales associate. The selection was poor too, at least 5 charms that I selected were not available and the two bracelets that I had chosen in the catalog were not available either.

I called into the Buckhead, GA store and requested for 2 nurse stethoscope charms to be held. I am a RN and came in to purchase a charm for myself and my mother who is also a RN on May 6th, Nurses Day. When I arrived there was only 1 charm on hold. There was no explanation as to what happened to the charm and no solutions were offered to ensure that I receive the second charm. The attitude felt very much like "oh well, I don't know what to tell you". And prior to leaving the store i was told to leave the leave my name and phone number and some one would call me back if anything changed or if the charm was found. Up to now no one has called me back or reached out to me.

The sales women was very rude. She made me feel rushed. She had an attitude the entire time. The sales women was not nice AT ALL. I almost left and didn't buy anything at all.
