The store manager, Sandra Spierrre, and the Salesperson, Kayla S, provided truly outstanding, excellent customer service! Kayla helped me with options based on my interest, made sure I knew special promotions and engraved the charm I purchased. Very friendly, smiling faces. I will come back to this Pandora every time I visit Atlanta. It’s the best Pandora store I’ve visited and they can really show other employees how to deliver phenomenal service. Well done!

The ladies behind the counter were prompt polite and informative. I was buying a gift for a friend and was t sure what size bracelet she was. They both quickly showed me their wrist. Asked polite questions like “ do you think her wrist is smaller or larger than mine” oppose to is she a bigger girl or smaller girl.

Treated myself for my birthday

I needed a smaller size bracelet than what i had ordered, and the sales associate was so patient and helpful. When I could no remember my account, she went out of her way to find it for me.

The quality of the products is exceptional. There is an abundance of products to choose from. Our sales agent Bianca was extremely pleasant and helpful.
