The sales representative that assisted me was very helpful, and knowledge about the inventory. I told her what I was looking for, and she brought me several options to choose from. She also helped me put together the look that I was looking for. I was very happy with the way she greeted me, talked to me, and helped me. I was extremely satisfied with her.

I am Highly Satisfied with the process of visiting Pandora. From initial contact to be seen as a valued customer, guest, and client of Pandora. I felt welcomed and the sales associate was very attentive and didn’t make me feel as if I was just a sale or money to her and your store. I run a customer service company and I will say from the initial contact to me walking out the store I felt very special and thanked for coming to the store. Even with it being the holidays along with the busyness of the store every associate was attentive and worked as a team. This is one of my first time doing holiday shopping at the store and it was Amazing.
