I was happy to see that the store had covid19 protocol measures in place. The staff took time with each customer to educate on the product. My experience was great because they had the bracelet and charm I wanted.

The service started off a little slow with being helped. Looked as if each associate was either busy checking inventory or doing something related to the quality of the store. After strolling through for several minutes with no other customers inside the store, the CSR finally asked to help assist. Once she started assisting me everything went smoothly. I enjoyed the service and my selection. The CSR was extremely knowledgeable about the products and friendly. She actually made me feel comfortable, as if I was talking to a family member. Thanks

I didn’t I have to wait in line. It wasn’t busy, I walked right in and a lovely gentleman helped me showed me the prices and everything.

Very friendly and helpful staff during my visit. I’m happy with what was available in the store. I would’ve like it if they cleaned my jewelry before drain the solution out for the day. No biggie though.
