Darlexus was the sales rep that helped my brother and I find the perfect birthday gift for my mother. She was very professional and customer friendly. Our only complaint was the wait outside of the store. We understand with Covid they were only allowing a certain number of people inside but we waited 30 minutes outside before we even got inside to find a gift. I'm not sure if I would return due to this waiting period to shop.

The sales representative was absolutely amazing!! She was very professional sweet informative and helpful. She made me feel like we had known each other forever. Very pleased

I believe her name was Tay ; she was amazing . Was patient with me even though I was very indecisive . She suggested things and took out as many pieces as I needed to compare ! She was lovely

Rajai M was the salesperson that helped me that day, he was very patient ,making sure I get the rightfully what I want and making sure I was comfortable since it was my very first time visiting Pandora store 0217 in Lenox Mall. Kudos to him for his tremendous support. Items pricy but the way he showed his professionalism didn’t make me realize that I was spending. I can’t wait to go back and start the collection ☺️👌

I was very very satisfied with the customer service, I had a bracelet replacement. The only thing I’m disappointed is the new bracelet is broke already😢
