Oh it was amazing. Staff was very friendly and patient. They even kept my husband updated outside the store with the kids. They were absolutely amazing I had a great experience. I will say I had two of my kids in the store with me and there was no room to move without bumbing into another customer if were trying to look at the other stuff.

My representative was so nice and patient with me.I brought 3 charms. However, I visited Pandora because I want to buy the letter B but it is always out of shock of most letters. I don’t understand that, but everything else was good.

Our sales associate Manuela was very nice and she was very knowledgeable of the products. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for abs she pulled it right up. She even offered abs put the new charm on my daughter’s bracelet

The wait was less than 5 minutes. The sales associate was not only knowledgeable of the chosen pieces but also very friendly. She actually gave me an idea for me and my 2 sisters that she did with a friend or 2. Second visit at this location and again I was satisfied with ALL aspects of the visit.
