Was replacing a Pandora bracelet for my girlfriend, and normally I’m not the type to pick out jewelry and things. The sales associate that helped me was very helpful and my girlfriend told me she loved the bracelet!

I was going in to help my uncle purchase a bracelet for his wife for their 50th anniversary. He knew exactly what he wanted and the Pandora store at Lenox had all of the charms that he selected so I was able to do everything at one store.

Everything was organized. I received a personal touch and shown various options. I felt safe, everyone wore mask and hand sanitizer was available.
