Shay, the Sales Associate provided excellent customer service to a first time customer.

There was no line during this visit. The sales associate helped me immediately and was professional. They packaged a charm nicely that I wanted taken off of my bracelet, also.

My wait to get into the store was not long because i decided to go in a weekday verses a weekend day. My sales associate was very helpful. I’m comfortable with the pricing for the items that I purchased although a discount would’ve been appreciated. The items that were on sale were dreadful.

The sales associate was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She helped my young girls and did not seem bothered that they were a little slow with their selection. She also came out of the store to ask if we needed anything as we were waiting about an hour to get in the store. She keep us updated and I felt like a valued customer.

Overall my experience was great! The sales associate was knowledgeable and aware of what the store had and didn't have. Also, she was very nice in assisting me with finding another charm and offers in store online ordering as well.

The sales woman was very helpful with my purchase even know I did not know about the bracelets or charms. She help me narrow down my decision and was very friendly. She helped me to Find a great color scheme to build my bracelet. I would come back to her again
