Because they had the charm that I was looking for and I didn't have to wait

The atmosphere was just right and I was able to find the Pandora bracelet for my mother.

I know it’s not the fault of the store but waiting to get in was the only issue I had. But if we were all allowed in at once could have made the experience a little different looking at employee to customer ratio

The ladies are helpful, nice, and informative. I love how they work as team to helping one another. I love this store!

Customer service was awesome and the lady’s was very nice, and I will highly recommend this store..

Even though we was dealing with the covid-19 the sale persons worked as quickly as they could to make sure every customer was taken care of. I already knew what I wanted so I didn't need to browse the store they was out of one the item I wanted but she found another choice for me. She was able to check me out while I was in line.
