Pandora store in Lenox was clean, quiet. I was satisfied with the sale rep was wearing mask and use sanitizer after every client. Although the line was long it move quickly.

This experience was Highly Satisfaction because of how easy charms were to find, by category. I appreciate Pandora's Shop by Collections options, as this made it easier to filter which charms were compatible with my bracelet. The store associate was helpful and honest, providing insight that helped me choose between multiple charms.
