The sale person was very friendly and help me pick out a nice charm for my granddaughter.

I was looking for a specific bracelet that was no longer offered online. I used the store locator to find out that this specific store had it in stock. I called and the associate was very helpful in finding it and putting it aside so that my friend could come in and purchase it for me. I had to call several times and they were very helpful each time. My friend said the store was great and the associates were very helpful.

The sales associate was great.friendly atmosphere.clean store everyone was well dressed everyone was smiling and every alert the store was clean.i was really surprised to see everyone was before to help with my jewelry.i will come back soon to shop and buy more merchandise so I could give to friends and family

I am a Big time traveler and I collect charms from each state/country I visit and the first 2 stores I visited didn’t have any specific charms and I called this location and they had exactly one left which Markesha was nice enough to hold it for me.

The store had exactly what I wanted. The sales person was very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was inviting.
