Great customer service

Their service was well. The store was clean. The customers were friendly.

I visited the Cumberland store in Cumberland Mall and asked for a safety chain, but they didn't have any in stock. I asked about other stores in the ares, but the sales person says they were not authorized to all another store (maybe because it was Feb 14th and they were busy..) I called myself and the other store didn't pick up, but someone was also calling and the associates didn't pick up. So I head to the Buckhead store in Lenox Mall and immediately the associate offered clips to secure my V initial on my newly acquired bangle. They work PERFECTLY and I appreciate being offered options. I"m new to the Pandora line and I didn't know of other options - I just wanted to secure my investment. I appreciated the Buckhead associate for offering options with excellent customer service.

The associate was very knowledgeable about the merchandise that was available and or discontinued...She offered needed merchandise to keep my charms from sliding all over the place... she helped me rearrange my charms....She was awesome and really displayed her Customer service skills
