Everyone was son nice. They knew what I was looking for and helped me choose the better fit for me.

I was very pleased with this store because the sales associate Xosa had great customer service. It is refreshing to come in to a store where I plan on spending my money and to be treated the proper way. She had a pleasant attitude and made it easy to ask questions. The setup of the store was nice and it was clean. I truly enjoyed being in there and plan on going back in the next week or so to make another purchase.

The sales associate i think her name was Acheke was very helpful and patient because i was being indecisive and came at almost closing time. She didnt make me feel rushed although they were closing and took the time to show me different charms.

Demario J was an awesome sales rep. He helped me with this purchase for my Anniversary and it was an awesome experience. I will return and the customer service was awesome. We need more workers such as his self because I didn’t know what I wanted to get my wife and he put the most amazing bracelet with charms to represent everything that she would want and she was in tears once i presented it to her. We need more customer service people like Demario! I will be back for more shopping. PS I even go her a beautiful ring with my purchase.

I had always wanted a pandora bracelet and finally got one for my bday. I am in love with my bracelet and rings. Costumer service was awesome I am definitely coming back to this location at Lenox mall in Atlanta.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the different products and offered me a deal that best fit my needs.
