I called aheaded in reference to a bangle exchange that was malfunctioning. Victoria was very helpful on the phone and once l arrived at the store. She came out and greeted me and make the exchange. After which Deja continued to assist with a new charm for a gift for a upcoming family member's birthday.

The customer service was awful. Not please with the service. Did acknowledge me until after maybe 10/15 minutes
