The sales associate Sharon R. was very pleasant and knowledgeable on the products. Although the specific charm I was looking for was not available, she helped me find the right one that I liked, and was willing to stay with me until I found it.

The customer service was excellent. Tracy M. the associate that helped me was not friendly and very welcoming she knew everything Pandora. She took her time to insure all my needs were met. Great experience!!

Happy they had what I wanted but , not the packaging it comes with.

These women help very promptly and professionally. She took her time in helping me find the right fit for me and made me feel so comfortable. I was out of town at the New Lenox mall in Atlanta and if I was to ever visit again I’ll definitely go back.
