I was highly satisfied with the salesperson knowledge of the merchandise. She didn't try to persuade me to get something I didn't want. However she offer different opinions they helped me and my daughter make a decision.

My sales person Demario was great and very professional. I explained what I was looking for and explained how I researched it on the internet and was visiting out of state and wanted to make this purchase now rather than returning to my home state.

The associate was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I find the prices very costly for silver jewelry. I purchased a gift for a friend but otherwise would only shop here if a promotion was in progress

The staff was courteous and friendly. I found what I was looking for.

My wait was not long. The sales associate was able to find what I was looking for with no problem. I will visit this store again.

Me and my family were greeted and automatically helped as soon as we walked through the door. The assistant manager was very welcoming, patient and her focus was on what I was interested in and what made my collection look even better. She also did a wonderful job introducing the new shine collection as well as the new spring collection. While assisting us what I admired about her the most was her greeting every customer who walked through the door. Excellent customer service.
