Ms. Tracy was very helpful to me and my boyfriend. I had a problem with a previous bracelet I purchased due to sizing and Ms. Tracy was able to help me and let me know my true sizing.

Employee was nice and helpful. I got what I wanted. The store was organized.

I had a Murano charm that was stripped. Jessica kindly explained the options of removing the charm. After removing the charm, we realized it wouldn’t fit on the new bracelet, so she replaced the charm as well. Also, I had two braided bracelets and we we arranged all three bracelets. Even though it was a Saturday, she was patient during the whole process.

I love all the sales reps in this location but my personal favorite who I always work with is Ms.Sharon she’s patient and allows me to go thru all my mind changing selections and keeps a smile and friendly attitude the entire time.
