My store Clerk Tracy was very helpful in helping me create my first Pandora bracelet. I'm from Nashville, TN but I was in Atlanta, GA visiting family when I bought my bracelet.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. The store was very clean and the value of the products were good.

I came in and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to actually purchase something this time around. I was more so dead set on just looking around and seeing if there was something there worth my while. The associate came over to help me, and I told her I was set with a certain price that I wanted to spend, but I was looking for certain things. She helped me pick out two charms (which is all I actually came in for) and they were beautiful and within my price range. She then managed to get me to purchase a bracelet for myself and I am just so in love. Good customer service is why I am highly satisfied with Pandora.

The sales associate acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. He noticed that there was a flaw in a charm that I hadn't seen. I was shown an easier way of putting on my bracelet and how to properly store and clean it.

Demario ( the retail agent), was incredibly knowledgeable about the merchandise and was extremely pleasant. His assistance and guidance with building my Pandora story was very helpful.

This store was not close to my house so I'm not likely to return to this store. The store was very busy but the sales reps were very friendly

I brought in a ring I had previously purchased that had become deformed to the point of being unable to wear it. It was exchanged with ease.
