This store is very clean and they always have what I need . I love the store !

Even though there was a bit of a wait for a sales associate because it was very busy, the employees were all so friendly and eager to help and spend time with each customer. When it was our turn, the sales associate located the ring I wanted right away, gave us the price, sized my finger and then found the correct size. Checking out was also very easy, and the store was so clean and well organized.

The lady who helped me and my daughter was very helpful. She was very nice and respect. She was very up to date on her information.

I was shopping for my girlfriend as a first time customer for Christmas. They were very friendly and helpful in helping me choose a beautiful bracelet for her and in my exact price range. Overall great service and I will be returning.

It was a couple days before Christmas and quite busy, the store was very organized and had plenty of sales associates on deck to make the process move smooth and quickly. Also the Assistant Manager was very friendly and helpful so much so that I returned the next day with my mother so that she could shop even though there is another store closer to my home that I could have gone to. The Pandora store in Lenox Mall is now my go to store.

Friendly knowledgeable sales associate. We we're undecided and she made sure she let us try on each color bracelet to actually see which 1 looked good. It's Christmas and it was busy but she was pleasant and didn't rush us, but was knowledgeable so it made it go faster

My wife loved the bracelets I got her for Christmas. Got them for a very reasonable price, I would shop at this store again. The salespeople were very nice.
