Sales associates were very kind. Was a little bit of a wait but that was due to the holiday season. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and friendly.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store was clean and welcoming. I was asked if I needed assistance upon entering the store.

The Assistant Manager met me at the door and advised me of a short wait time which I didn't mind. I was very impressed with the store's use of a tablet/mobile check-in. It gave me the freedom, if I wanted to, to browse around the mall and return back once I received a text message. My real memorable experience, however, was the service I received from Maya H. Maya is genuinely a sweetheart with a wonderful & engaging personality. She was very professional and knew exactly what ring I was looking for by name. Light conversation in between my purchase made the experience more worthwhile. We joked about Snowpocalypse: Armageddon the previous day here in Atlanta and how confident she is that my girlfriend will appreciate her gift. She even gave me a catalog for future purchases which I know my girlfriend is going to browse through and circle items for Christmas. Just because of Maya, I would return back to this location. Thank you for helping me make her birthday just that much more memorable.

My sales associate was awesome! She helped to custom design a Christmas themed bracelet for my wife, my gift to her this Christmas. She was so good, patient, and thoroughly enjoyable to work with. She also helped me buy three charms my wife specified asked for, on behalf of my mother in law. Great sales associate!!!!

Brittani was smiling when she spoke to me, she made eye-contact and knew her merchandise extremely well. Made good suggestions when I was in a quandary about which spacers to purchase and I enjoyed my experience. She was speedy, but not rushing.
