I came in with a ring that had been repaired 4 times by another retailer and was heartbroken that it now only fit on my pinky finger. Without hesitation and without me even asking, the store manager grabbed my size in the ring and exchanged it. It brought me to tears because it is my absolute favorite ring! Also, they cleaned all my jewlery while i shopped. I left with a new ring that i have been wanting and a new charm. I can't wait to visit Atlanta again, so I can shop with those employees again!
