The store was beautiful and well lighted. However, it needs to be enlarged somehow or moved to another location within mall because it was very tight with customer trying to move at counter displays. The staff was awesome! Very polite, professional and with great smiles. The lead person, Demario Johnson was great. He greeted me with the most beautiful smile and even recalled our phone conversation from two days ago regarding an exchange. I also noticed how attended he was to each and every customer. Because of Demario and the other staff, I bought my first charm! Thank you Pandora for a great experience!!!
