Upon entering the store, custmer rep welcomed me in. Two reps were waiting on customers, one rep left once finished with customer & wnen in office. When office door opened, I saw two reps talking. After a few minutes, a customer rep came out to assist me.

Not fully stocked. Several items I was looking for were out of stock

Welcoming. Warmth. Friendly.

The service was great. The store was clean. Quick service

Felt rushed and did not know the taxing regulation would result in a non even exchange

Was not a lot of selection in my price point ..slide i chose didn't fit where i wanted it to go but the sale person did the beat she could

To me it seems as if the sale associates didn't want to be bothered or they were short handed. But then 2 more associates comes from back so we just finished up and left.

There were not enough workers to match the amount of customers in the store. Many customers had to wait for assistance at rates of up to 10 minutes.

I had a 10 percent birthday discount and was not allowed to use it. Was told that it was only for online purchases, even after I showed the manager that the coupon did not state that it was for online only.

Wish the ladies were a little nicer will try the other location next time.
